Summer is coming and with it a preview of the 2012 Daily Paper Summer collection. In this behind-the-scenes video of the photoshoot for the label’s forthcoming Summer lookbook, you’ll steal glimpses of several all over print T-shirts and cut and sew pieces. For the upcoming season Filling Pieces uses a variety of materials such as butter-soft suede and high-quality leather, and textile containing a native Aztec pattern. Besides a variety of classic models we’ve come to want and expect from the upstart company, the collection also contains new models in the form of a low cut oxford brogue/wingtip-inspired trainer. All the models are created with patted vulcanized rubber outsoles. The collection will be available starting April 28 on the webshop and other selected retailers around the globe

Papa Ghana is an Dutch vocalist with Ghanaian roots. Papa Ghana is member of Daily Paper and is one third of the music trio L’Afrque Som Systeme. Influenced by many cultures Papa Ghana uses variety of styles and genre’s in his music such as afrobeat, coupe decale, kuduro, grime, dubstep, electro and hip hop. He is currently working on his debut EP. ‘The Mandingo EP’

De eerste vrijdag van maart strijkt KWIJT neer in een POP-UP club in hartje centrum van Amsterdam, met een capaciteit van 400 man in een underground vibe
is dit de perfecte locatie voor de officiele opwarmer van het grote 5jarig bestaan van KWIJT.
KWIJT begon 5 jaar geleden met Fanny West & Deejay Cream en staan nog steeds aan het roer samen zullen ze je terugbrengen naar toen maar ook het heden niet vergeten, verwacht niets of alles! Tjek achter de mic…….gekkigheid!
De andere zaal zal op zn kop gezet worden door L’Afrique Som Systeme dat betekent nieuwe herra en rwina

KWIJT zoals het ooit begon, knus
gezellig, warm en helemaal KWIJT gaan met zn allen.
